Studio Policies
These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, comfortable experience while allowing each appointment to receive the time and care it deserves.
Appointment Timing
Please plan to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond this window may result in a shortened service or require rescheduling depending on the session booked.
Deposits & Cancellations
All appointments require a $20 deposit to reserve your time. Deposits are applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
- Appointments canceled before 24 hours of the appointment time will have the deposit refunded or transferred toward a rescheduled appointment.
- If a rescheduled appointment is subsequently canceled, the deposit will be forfeited and Bare and Bronzed LUXE reserves the right to retain it in full.
- Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time that are not rescheduled will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Bridal and event appointment deposits may vary.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Future booking requests may be declined at the discretion of Bare and Bronzed LUXE.
Guests & Children
Bare and Bronzed LUXE operates from a home-based studio where space is limited to maintain comfort and safety.
- One guest is welcome to accompany you, or one child may attend if childcare arrangements fall through.
- If additional guests or children need to attend, please reach out prior to your appointment so accommodations can be confirmed.
All guests should be communicated before arrival.
Skin Reactions & Product Sensitivity
While spray tanning products are designed to be safe for cosmetic use, individual skin reactions can vary. By booking a service, clients acknowledge that Bare & Bronzed LUXE is not responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or skin responses that may occur.
Clients with known sensitivities are encouraged to request a patch test prior to their appointment.
Payments
A $20 deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service total. Deposits for bridal and event bookings may vary.
Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, and cash.
Cash payments are welcome; however, exact payment is kindly requested as change is not carried on-site.
Tan Results Disclaimer
Spray tan results can vary depending on individual skin type, preparation, and aftercare. Bare & Bronzed LUXE cannot guarantee specific results and is not responsible for uneven development caused by improper preparation, aftercare, perspiration, or other external factors.
Clients are encouraged to follow all preparation and aftercare instructions to achieve the best possible results.
Studio Location
Bare and Bronzed LUXE operates from a private, home-based studio. Detailed arrival instructions are provided prior to your appointment. Please allow extra time when visiting for the first time.
Bridal & Event Appointments
Trial sessions are strongly recommended for weddings and special events to ensure desired results.
Clients are responsible for scheduling appointments with adequate development time prior to events. Bare and Bronzed LUXE is not responsible for timing concerns related to late bookings.
Right to Refuse Service
Bare and Bronzed LUXE reserves the right to refuse service when necessary to maintain client safety, comfort, or service quality.
Photo & Video Consent
From time to time, Bare & Bronzed LUXE may capture photos or short video content during appointments for marketing or social media purposes. Client privacy and comfort are always respected.
Content will only be filmed or shared with the client's consent. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed during your appointment, please let me know at any time.
By granting consent, clients allow Bare & Bronzed LUXE to use approved photos or videos for promotional and marketing purposes.
Health & Safety
For the safety of all clients, please notify me before your appointment if you have any contagious illness, open wounds, or active skin conditions in areas to be sprayed.
Bare & Bronzed LUXE reserves the right to reschedule appointments if a service cannot be safely performed.
Safe Space Policy
Bare & Bronzed LUXE is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment for every client.
Spray tanning is a one-on-one service, and my goal is to ensure each client feels comfortable, respected, and confident during their appointment.
Pregnancy Disclaimer
Spray tanning during pregnancy is a personal decision. While spray tanning solutions are for external cosmetic use, Bare & Bronzed LUXE recommends that pregnant clients consult with their healthcare provider prior to receiving a spray tan.
By booking an appointment while pregnant, clients acknowledge that they are choosing to receive the service at their own discretion.
Clothing Disclaimer
Cosmetic bronzer may transfer to clothing or fabrics before the first rinse. Clients are encouraged to wear loose, dark clothing after their appointment.
Bare & Bronzed LUXE is not responsible for any staining or damage to clothing, fabrics, or other personal items following a spray tan service.
Parking Disclaimer
Parking is available at the client's discretion. Bare & Bronzed LUXE is not responsible for any damage, loss, or incidents that may occur while vehicles are parked on or near the premises.
Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during their appointment. Bare & Bronzed LUXE is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items brought onto the premises.
Minor Client Policy
Bare & Bronzed LUXE provides spray tanning services to clients under the age of 18 only with parent or legal guardian consent.
Spray tanning services are generally recommended for clients 16 years of age and older, though younger clients may be considered at the discretion of Bare & Bronzed LUXE with parental consent.
Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian review and sign the Minor Consent and Liability Waiver prior to receiving services. A parent or legal guardian may also be required to be present at the appointment.
Because individuals under the age of 18 cannot legally enter into binding agreements under Washington State law, a parent or legal guardian must complete all required consent and liability documentation on behalf of the minor before services can be performed.
Parents or guardians are encouraged to review any health considerations, allergies, or sensitivities prior to scheduling a spray tanning service for a minor.
Bare & Bronzed LUXE reserves the right to decline or reschedule services for minor clients if proper consent is not provided or if the service cannot be safely performed.
Privacy Policy

Information I Collect
- When you submit a booking request: first name, last name, email address, phone number, preferred service, preferred date and time, and any notes you provide.
- When you submit a contact or inquiry form: first and last name, phone number, email address, message, and any other information provided.
How I Use Your Information
- To confirm and manage your appointment.
- To respond to inquiries and communicate with you about your booking.
- To improve my services and client experience.
How I Store Your Information
Your information is stored securely using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), a service provided by Google LLC. Data is stored on Google's secure servers. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
I retain booking and inquiry records for up to 24 months from the date of submission. Records may be deleted earlier upon your request. After the retention period, data is permanently deleted from my systems. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting me at the address below.
Your Rights
- You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information.
- If you are a resident of Washington State, you have rights under applicable Washington state privacy laws regarding access to and deletion of your personal information.

Refunds & Cancellations

Limitation of Liability
Bare and Bronzed LUXE is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse results arising from services when proper preparation and aftercare instructions have not been followed. It is your responsibility to disclose any known skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, my liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or my services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
